Transcript Requests

Student Services personnel will be happy to provide you with copies of your TTCC transcripts or GED transcripts. All requests must be made in writing. The link to a form has been provided for your convenience. The completed form may be delivered in person or faxed to Student Services at 931/456-1362. Every effort will be made to honor your request in a timely manner.
