Surveys

All TN Technology Centers in Tennessee, including the TN Technology Center @ Crossville, are required to obtain written documentation from their graduates regarding their satisfaction with the training they received.  All data collected is analyzed and submitted to the TN Board of Regents, the Center’s governing board.

There are four steps to this process:

 

  1. Exit Interview forms:  Students leaving or graduating from TTCC must complete an Exit Interview form.  Neither certificates nor diplomas will be awarded to graduates until an Exit Interview form is completed.

 

  1. Placement Status forms:  Should a student not be employed at the time they leave TTCC, they are encouraged to complete and submit a Placement form giving details about their employment as soon as they are employed.

 

  1. Alumni forms:  All Alumni of TTCC will be contacted during the spring following their exit the previous year and asked to complete an Alumni Survey.  Among other questions, the survey requests information about employers.

 

  1. Employer forms:  Based on information obtained from the Alumni Survey, employers are contacted and asked to provide information about how well our graduates were trained.  This valuable information is used by administration and instructors to improve the programs.
