Financial Aid

Do finances pose a problem? To assist you with the cost of attending TTC, financial aid is available for those who apply and meet certain criteria. See our Financial Aid Counselor for details.

Applying For Financial Aid

1.  Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and mail it in the self-addressed envelope provided or transmit it electronically (see link below).
2. Applicants should contact the TTC financial aid office once they receive a paper or electronic response called the Student Aid Report (SAR). The financial aid office will then request additional personal and financial information if needed.
3. Students are notified of the amount of their financial aid in an award letter. Financial aid personnel are available to answer any questions about individual awards.
4. Students who complete financial aid paperwork at least one week prior to starting school may use an authorization form to pay maintenance fees.

Disbursement of Financial Aid

Students who complete Pell Grant paperwork at least one week prior to starting school may use an Authorization Form, provided by the Center, to pay for tuition and books. In order to disburse PELL checks on schedule, all books needed during the first month of the term/enrollment must be charged the first week of the term/enrollment.  Cash disbursements for remaining grant money are made twice each term. The first disbursement is scheduled after the student has been enrolled for two months or 60% of the term.  The second disbursement is the last day of the term.

Tuition & Charges

Students are responsible for tuition and technology access fees payable each quarter and for providing the following as needed:

1. Texts and workbooks
2. Uniforms, equipment and tools
3. All materials for personal projects.
