Night School Application

Pre-enrollment checklist. Student Services Office may need the following items to complete your enrollment.

• Male applicants born after 1960 must furnish proof of Selective Service Registration.
• Veterans applying for VA benefits must provide transcripts from schools attended.
• Students applying for financial aid (Federal PELL Grants, FSEOG, FWS, TSAA) are required to submit a complete high school transcript/diploma or GED scores/diploma. Students without a high school diploma or GED should contact the financial aid counselor before applying for financial aid.
• Recipients of financial assistance (WIA, Vocational Rehabilitation, TRA, etc.) are required to furnish proof of eligibility at the time of enrollment.
• Financial aid transcripts from all schools attended beyond high school.

You will be notified of your enrollment date approximately four weeks prior to date. However, please provide the information listed above as soon as possible so you can be properly enrolled.
