How to Enroll at TN Technology Center @ Crossville

Day/Modified classes: Enroll new students every month as opening s occur.

1. Submit an Application Packet which MUST include:

• Application for Enrollment –print from website (BELOW) or pick up a copy at the Center
• Copy of high school or GED transcript or diploma (ST & PN MUST submit transcript)
• Proof of immunization – two MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) and two chickenpox vaccines

• Surgical Technology and Practical Nursing must also submit passing COMPASS scores
• Financial aid complete and verified

2. You will be notified of a date to attend the mandatory Pre-Enrollment Session. You should report to Jena in Building 2 for your assigned appointment. Your PES will begin promptly at Noon central time and take about two hours. If you will be unable to attend, contact Jena at 931.484.7502 x125. If you delay your Pre-Enrollment Session, you may also be delaying your Enrollment date.

Your name will NOT appear on the Application List until your Application Packet is complete.

During PES, you will:

• Tour campus. Tours take place inside/outside so dress for the weather and wear walking shoes.
• Discuss costs and additional financial aid opportunities. TTCC school code is 004026. Prior to attending PES, apply for financial aid at www.fafsa.ed.gov. We will be happy to help with this.
• Talk individually with your instructor.
• Talk individually with a counselor.
• Decide on your date of start your training. Students, except Health Careers, are enrolled each month as openings occur. All Application Lists are developed on a first come, first served basis only after the Application Packet is complete. You will be contacted with a start date as soon as there is an opening for you.
