Sharon is a Tennessee Tech graduate with a BS in Business Administration and an MBA.  She has 30 + years of Human Resources and Training & Development experience with a variety of industries.  She has received facilitator certifications from Franklin Covey, Developmental Dimensions, and Communico MAGIC of Customer Relations.  She enjoys post-secondary instruction and has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Motlow Community College and currently works part-time at TTC McMinnville as a BST Instructor.
